CARI have taken the following measures with our services that will be in place until Monday 30th March 2020 which will scale back the business of the organisation. CARI will still be open in many ways, but with mitigating measures in place to reduce the numbers attending our services.
All of the below measures will be reviewed according to the developments of COVID-19.
Therapy
All of our therapy sessions with children and parents will cease in both our Dublin and Limerick Centres from today the 13th March 2020 until Monday 30th March. At which stage this safety measure will be reviewed.
Helpline
In order to secure the health of our staff our Helpline will run at a reduced time. Starting on Monday 16th March until Monday 30th March our helpline will run from 10am until 2pm Monday to Friday.
Court Accompaniment
The Court Services have made an announcement that no new trials will commence in the Circuit or Central Criminal Courts for the next 2 weeks.
There will be no further court accompaniment to children and families for the period of Monday 16th until Monday the 30th of March.
Forensic Accompaniment
Our Forensic Accompaniment Service provides onsite support to below centres:
- Barnahus OneHouse- Galway
- Rotunda SATU
Our volunteers will cease accompaning to both these centers starting Friday 13th March 2020 until Monday 30th March 2020.
Our Open Night for new volunteers which was scheduled to take place on Tuesday 24th of March at the Pillar Room at the Rotunda Hospital has now been cancelled and new arrangements will follow.
Training
All training courses that were schedule between Friday 13th March 2020 and Monday 30th March 2020 are cancelled.
Reception
Dublin -Our Dublin Reception will be open Monday to Friday 10.00-5.30. Our Dublin reception number is 01.8308529.
Limerick- Our Limerick Reception will be open Monday to Friday 10.00-5.30. Our Limerick reception number is 061-582224.
